Our Services Explained
Some clients look to us to take responsibility for all aspects of their IT, including day-to-day support, technical management and long-term planning. Others see us as a supplementary resource, able to work with an in-house IT support team, and able to adjust our service-mix to suit their changing requirements. Other clients retain us on a fixed-price contract whilst some opt for a variable-rate contract that flexes to suit their needs.
We are also used by some customers only to deliver key projects. Flexibility is key to our offering. In all cases, our focus is on delivering a quality service, designed around the needs of the individual business we are partnering with.
Ad-Hoc Pay as you go IT Support
Our ad-hoc support model is for clients who do not want a contract for monthly support, but would still like to use LightPath’s services.
Pre Pay Auto Top-Up
With the pre-paid option customers purchase a number of hours of support up front and in bulk. Customers get the benefit of contracted support, whilst also receiving a larger discount the more hours that are purchased up front.
Pre Pay Annual IT Support
The pre-pay annual option works on the same basis as pre-pay, however it allows for the possibility of additional savings and for the ability to spread the costs over a year.
