The monthly retainer is best suited to customers who do not know what their support costs are likely to be, or have such variable needs that they would not benefit from the structure of the Support Bank
Clients will pay a fixed fee each month. This will guarantee response times and allow customers to take advantage of reduced minimum charges - only 15 minutes for remote support. The hourly rate is the same as LightPath’s standard rate. Out of hours options are available for an additional monthly cost.
Many of our customers treat this as a second line of support with internal staff fixing day-to-day issues
