Our ad-hoc support model is for clients who do not want a contract for monthly support, but would still like to use LightPath’s services.

LightPath IT do not require customers to enter into a support contract for us to carry out support tasks for your business. We will gladly resolve your issues on a job-by-job basis. There is a minimum 30 minute charge for remote support and 60 minute charge for on-site support. Most of our support can be carried out remotely, using our PC remote control tool, ControlMyPC, providing you an instant solution to your issue, whilst keeping your costs to a minimum.
